Corrections jump the queue. Anything about divisional structure, championship format or a program that has been added or dropped gets checked first, because those are the things most likely to have changed since we published.

We aim to reply within three to five business days.
Things we cannot help with
We are an independent site, not a governing body, so these go elsewhere:
- Tryouts, recruitment or eligibility. Contact the college's athletics department.
- Rulings, appeals or protests. Those go to the league.
- Tickets or event access. Contact the host college.
- Removing a published result. We only publish what is already in the public record.
Sending a correction
Include the page address, what is wrong, and what it should say. A link to the published source gets it verified much faster. Once we have confirmed it, the page is updated and the revision date at the top changes.
If you work in athletics at a member college and something we have written about your program is inaccurate, say so directly. We would rather fix it than defend it.
Media and commercial
For syndication, interviews or commercial arrangements, write to the general address and say who you represent. Our position on advertising and paid links is on theterms page and summarised on the about page.
What happens to your message
Correspondence is handled under our privacy policy. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with what you raised, and we never add you to a mailing list for writing to us.
