Using this site means accepting what follows. If any of it does not work for you, the right move is to stop using the site.
Accuracy and currency
Pages here are general information about how a sports league is organised. Divisional structure, championship formats and program offerings all change between seasons, and we cannot promise every page is current at the moment you read it. Check with the league or the college in question before relying on anything here for a decision that matters.
Independence
This site is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association, any member college, or any athletics department. Institution names and league names appear here descriptively, to identify the subject we are writing about. Trade marks belong to their owners.
Paid links
A small number of pages carry links to third parties, including sports betting operators, and some of those are commercial. If you follow one and open an account we may be paid for it, at no extra cost to you.
Those arrangements do not shape our coverage. We do not accept payment to change a factual description of a league, a college or a season, and no advertiser sees a page before it is published. Any page carrying a betting link also links toresponsible gambling.
Not betting advice
We publish no tips. Nothing on this site is a prediction, a recommendation or staking advice, and none of it should be read as a reason to place a bet. Confirming that betting is legal where you live, and that you meet the minimum age, is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, or access anything you are not meant to.
- Do not scrape or republish substantial parts of it without written permission.
- Short quotes with attribution and a link back are welcome and need no permission.
Content ownership
Original writing and page design on this site belong to us. Images are licensed or produced for our own use. If you believe something here infringes your rights, raise it through thecontact page and we will look at it promptly rather than waiting for a formal notice.

Outbound links are provided for reference. We do not run those sites, we do not vet them continuously, and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or anything that happens once you leave here.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, with no warranties. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on anything published here, including losses connected to a third-party service reached through a link from these pages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applying there, without regard to conflict of law principles.
